📦 Shipping Policy – Naseem Aziz

At Naseem Aziz Collection, we strive to deliver your orders safely, swiftly, and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

🚚 Delivery Time:

• Within Pakistan: Orders are delivered within 3 to 4 business days after confirmation.

• Stitched or customized items may take 7 to 10 business days depending on the nature of the order.

• Deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer.

💸 Shipping Charges:

• A flat rate of PKR 300 is applied to all orders.

• Free shipping is offered on orders of PKR 5,000 or above.

📍 Order Tracking:

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, so you can monitor your parcel in real-time.

⚠️ Important Notes:

• Orders are confirmed via call or SMS. Unconfirmed orders may be canceled.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, but we will do our best to keep you updated.

🕰 Delivery Schedule:

• Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
