🔁 Exchange & Return Policy – Naseem Aziz

At Naseem Aziz , customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we strive to provide the best quality products, we understand that there may be situations where an exchange is necessary. Please review our policy below before placing an order.

📦 Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Items are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be:

    • Unused and unwashed

    • In its original condition with tags and packaging intact

    • Not damaged or altered in any way

🚫 No Returns or Refunds:

  • We do not offer returns or refunds unless the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order by sending us clear pictures via WhatsApp or email.

📤 How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Contact us at info@naseemaziz.com or WhatsApp us at +92 315 0218148 within 7 days of receiving your item.

  2. Clearly mention your order number and the reason for the exchange.

  3. Once approved, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us.

  4. After inspection, we will send you the exchanged item (shipping charges may apply).

⚠️ Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Customized or stitched products

  • Sale items or items purchased during promotional offers

  • Accessories (like dupattas, laces, etc.)

🚚 Delivery Charges:

  • Delivery charges for exchanges are to be borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to our mistake (wrong or faulty item).
